Refund policy
Due to the nature of sealed packs and collectible products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a claim:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Photos must show the condition of the shipping box and the items inside
Once received, we will review the claim and, if applicable, file a case with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.).
Please note:
- Claims must be supported by photo evidence
- We cannot process refunds or replacements without sufficient proof of damage
- Damage claims are subject to carrier approval
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened mystery packs
- Items that are not damaged in transit
- Preferences regarding card contents
All packs are assembled randomly, and specific cards or players are not guaranteed.
