Collectors Summit sells mystery packs and collectible products.

All mystery packs are:

  • Randomly assembled
  • Do not guarantee specific cards, players, or values
  • May vary in contents and condition

By purchasing, you acknowledge that outcomes are random and no specific results are promised.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities per customer
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

5. Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Opened mystery packs
  • Preferences regarding card contents

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photo evidence. Claims are subject to review and carrier approval.

Collectors Summit is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages
  • Dissatisfaction based on randomized pack contents
  • Losses resulting from use of our products

All products are sold “as is” without guarantees beyond what is stated.
